Arthur Colin Creed and Group B Streptococcus
Arthur was born this month with Group B Streptococcus, which is the UK’s most common cause of life-threatening infection in new-born babies, and of meningitis in babies under age 3 months. Its a wonder why we don’t test for the infection, fortunately Arthur is a fighter and with the help of the NHS and his parents and grandparents has pulled through after giving them all a fright. So this month in honour of Arthur we are making a small donation to Group B Strep Support Charity. Receipt below and a picture of the lovely Arthur.
