Cooper BMW – WARNING
Took my company car to Cooper BMW in Tunbridge Wells recently for a Winter Service. I was given a invoice that said online video, many chases and a month later I found out there was no video as no work was done, which I did suspect as the oil and screen wash levels didn’t change. Being a Polygraph Examiner I do hate it being lied to.
Then there is the issue with pricing, if you have a BMW that’s over 4 years old the servicing costs are half what an owner of a newer car would pay, clear cut discrimination to which Cooper BMW claim the pricing structure comes from BMW UK. I emailed BMW UK who replied the pricing structure is set by each retailer, yet another lie. Why should I pay more to service the same car than the owner of an older car pays? Cooper BMW have said if im not happy use another garage !
Such a shame as the service adviser Steve at Cooper BMW that I spoke to is very good at his job and his customer service skills are great, he is obviously let down by the business. My car is due back in March so lets see if Cooper BMW improve.
